Terms & Conditions

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due on completion unless alternative terms have been agreed.

  • Customers must provide safe access to all areas requiring cleaning.

  • Exterior cleaning appointments may be rescheduled due to adverse weather or unsafe working conditions.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.

  • While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, complete stain removal, restoration of heavily weathered surfaces, or removal of permanent discolouration cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please report any concerns within 24 hours of completion so we can investigate and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.
